Im trying to scan photos, and there are only 2 options on the menu, which means it says I need to refer to my device documentation to troubleshoot. It is urgent and I really need help. My all in one is an HP Photosmart C4150 printer scanner and copier. Thanks!

You may need to download and install the full software driver for your printer in order for it to work with the computer to scan properly. Here is a link to HP for your printer where you can download the necessary driver and manuals you need.
